I dont have top & tilt. My dealer always orders 3020 series and up with rear hydraulics to offer the ability to operate other implements in the "future" because is cheaper than adding it after the fact. I also think you have to the rear hydraulics to lift the mmm but i'm unsure.

Great tractor, congratulations. What are the lines connected to the 3rd SCV remotes? I know it can't be for the tiller. Are they extensions lines that run to the front of loader to power a future grapple or something?
