Brandi, anytime you can close a real estate deal in this down economy, you've done well. My wife and I have been lucky to close two deals in 2009. We must have a little magic wand in our pocket. I'm sure you are feeling the "magic" of having this behind you. Congratulations! We are very happy for you.

Thanks! We lacked 4 days of closing on the same house last April when Dad died. So I had anxiety built up twice on closing the same house!

It is sad how some members of a family seem to only want to harm the family.

Some things in life are worth reading more than once. This thread is one of those to me. My Dad passed away just over 40 years ago being the first major passing of my life. Today I still miss him and cherish those memories and yes the rungs in the ladder.
