Me too! Of course, they DO have a tendancy to make each other look pretty sad at times, i.e. Ore St.'s thumping of Washington, Washington thumpin Washington State. UCLA taking a dive...but they've been pole-axed in a few different ways of late...The conference is its own worst enemy!

With both Nebraska and Oklahoma losing this weekend, it looks like if the Gators can just win out over Tennessee and win the SEC title game, they will be in the Rose Bowl -- with the winner being the NATIONAL CHAMPION!

Hey Scruffy,

They took the Miami/Washington game off the air, and replaced it with Stanford/Notre Dame at halftime because Washington was getting blown away. In the end Miami won 65-7. I was hoping to see some great football from the STRONG Pac-10. Well, I guess they can be strong against each other. Well, I must agree with you on one thing, the Pac-10 is well-balanced.

Maybe the guys who rank the teams are pretty much correct after all.

Hmmmm, I believe it was you Scruffy with all the talk -- how great the Pac-10 was, and how those teams should be ranked much higher. That the teams out west must not pay off the people making the rankings, etc.

And in comes Washington to play Miami -- and your theory is just blown outta the water.

Being a Gator alumni, I am extremely pleased that they are in the position of #2 with the chance for the National Championship (given they win over Tennesse and the LSU-Auburn winner). If Miami plays Florida -- it will be one exciting game for sure!
