That exhaust hangs low enough to catch on something. The elbows and 45's you used are malleable iron and will not break so the break point when the exhaust catches on something will be the exhaust manifold because it's cast iron.
You built the exhaust too strong. You need a break away somewhere other than the exhaust manifold.

Scott,
I agree, Brad has a good point about the manifold being your weak link!
I will see about ordering the factories under tractor kit, they use one with their loader installation.
Maybe you don't have any treestumps or rocks, etc at your place so it might not be an issue.

Good point ... perhaps I'll grind a notch in one or two spots to allow a weak link in the event it hangs up. It is actually very well protect by the loader assy. that it parallels. It is sandwiched between that and the final drive assy....but better safe than sorry ... thanks ... Scozz

Why not cut the pipe, slide an piece of exhaust pipe over each end of the cut and put a clamp on each side? That should give you a "weak" spot and should never give you problems, unless you hit something.

Does anyone still have a Kama?
I am looking for someone that has information on parts.
Haven't had much luck with the "Chinese" Forum.
