First of all I would like to say that I know Kioti does watch this site and trust me as a Kioti dealer Kioti really does not have to watch this because I represent Kioti and I do read almost every day and most of the major problems that come up here I do talk with Kioti and other dealers about.

Now I would like to add something from a dealers stand point....
I know and you know and Kioti sure does know that there is a problem with some loaders BUT it is not as eaisy to click your fingers and fix the problem.
One of the biggest delays is that Kioti does not make this loader.
The company that makes this loader also makes several other loader for different manufactures and it is not eaisy to just stop and fix the problem the have to research, make and test to insure that the problem does not happen again.
I understand it is frustrating to the end user and it also frustrates me, but that is a way of life (things don't happen over night)

I do not see this as a major problem but a problem that does need a fix.
I also know that dealing with Kioti over the years that this is something that they take very serious and there will be a fix.

As for the others that had commented that the "other" brands never do this... PLEASE who are you trying to kid everthing has it flaws and problems!!

I don't think we need to go there because it would be at least 900 pages long.

Keep the faith and enjoy life. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Well put Rick!!

Kioti will take care of this problem. I will be checking loaders as they come in and taking down a list of any cracks.... so far I have not seen any, but Im sure I will and I'll add them to my list of customers to be taken care of.

Really? /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif Every loader tractor my family has owned has had cracked loaders. My first tractor had the loader welded up almost every year just to keep the fluid from leaking out so bad. Those loaders had the fluid in the frame. Bent front axles from loader work, broken front engine mounts from loader work. Even the Case trackloader had a cracked loader. Our whole family uses Fords and NH's. I'm the black sheep with a Kioti. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Thanks to the dealers for replying. I value your input and I know that it is a very sensitive issue for dealers to post on some things. The fact that you are posting tells me that this issue is well on its way to being resolved positively and making the company look good.

A little update. I have yet to hear from Kioti about the new loader. I sent my Kioti contact an email earlier yesterday with no reply. She had been very prompt. My dealer thinks he is getting a naked loader frame and will have to transfer all the hydraulic hoses, rams, and pins. Now I will be needing to check for leaky connections, stripped threads, damaged paint, and also wait for him to do the labor. I will not lower my standards based on improvements compared to the original hack job.

If you've found cracks, please contact your dealer and let him know so that we all may benefit from an engineered repair.

Highbeam,

Without an engineered repair it is highly likely that your new frame (assuming you do get it) will also crack.
