Ok guys and gals,

This is my first contact with Kioti directly. I did not want to go that route since I feel that the dealer is an extension and representative of Kioti.

The dealer reported to me that Kioti is well aware of this problem and is seeing increased broken loaders. I ASSUME he is not lying, don't know.

I tried to give Kioti the oppurtunity to make it right in the letter. I think they'll pull through. I was pretty disappointed when my replacement frame that was supposedly being shipped was switched with a rerepair.

I really like my tractor. If it hurts you to have someone talk poorly about Kioti then please ignore my loader gripes. Be assured though that it hurts me to be in this position and I will gladly shut my pie hole about it once this issue is resolved.

I am making payments, but my tractor is not here.

Here's a happy picture of my machine.

I think you are reasonable in your request---I'd be expecting the same thing. My rig has a whopping 35 hours of mostly mowing use and a bit of topsoil spreading and some dragging tree poles with the loader. I haven't (yet) noticed any cracks...

I however contacted Kioti last year about my "near death experience" when I inadvertently popped the range lever into neutral on a hill with my left knee and rolled backward uncontrolled, hit a log and was sideways on two wheels...
The range lever, as you know, is about knee high when you are sitting.
I got a consolatory reply that esentially did nothing towards coming up with a safety mechanism or retrofit.

It sounds to me like they haven't responded to your letter. If that's the case I disagree with your posting it here. Certainly, anyone can flame about anything they want here, but I just think it would be appropriate and maybe more productive to give them an opportunity to respond to you privately before the public rant.

I also believe the dealer should speak for him/herself. Certainly, you can relay the information about your contact with the dealer, but I don't think you should make it appear he has authorized you to speak for him or that he is a party to your complaint - he will most likely be contacted by the factory and should respond to them.

I emphathize with your problem and understand your position.

I must have missed the public "rant" part.
It's just a man and his legit story/letter along with details of what has transpired thus far.

Not fixing your loader will be a real expensive cost savings for Kioti. Word travels real fast on the WORLD WIDE WEB. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif
