ONLY the owner of a CK20? Is there some kind of prejudice here?!

Chelydra, I believe you misunderstood the reference that Nixon was making. When viewed in its context, you can clearly see that Nixon was asking ocaj11 if he had contacted KiotiJohn for help with the DK loader problem. When Nixon wrote "only the owner of a CK20" the literary inference is that he is not employed by Kioti and therefore not an official with the company but he does manage to help cut through their red tape.
Below is ocaj11's post, you can clearly see that he is criticizing Kioti and he expect that Kioti will charge people for the fix to the 120 and 130 loaders. Apparently Kioti charged people to fix their KL1595 loaders and didn't send out customer notifications to the owners of the loaders to inform them of the problem.

I would not expect Kioti to step up and send letters out to the owners of these loaders. That would cause them to fix all of the loaders instead of just the ones that are reported. Also, don't be surprised when they design a fix for the loader and expect the consumer to pay to have the loader fixed. That's what they did for the KL1595 loaders. They charged a fair price for the loader new and then expected consumers to pony up another $1000-$1200 dollars (fix kit, shipping, and dealer installation) to fix the roll back issue. Some will say that the issues are different, but in the end, they are both faulty design issues that need to be resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
In addition, the company handles issues differently in different parts of the country (different dealers? different reps?). I know of one DK55/KL1595 combo that Kioti purchased back from the customer because of loader issues. I know of one DK55/KL1595 combo that Kioti fixed the loader issue under warranty. Finally, I know of one DK55/KL1595 combo that Kioti refused to fix under warranty.
I will be surprised if the company handles this issue any differently. In my opinion, the only reason this issue is getting more press than the KL1595 issue is because there are more owners of these loaders on the board.
For those of you having issues, I wish you good luck. My loader issues were never resolved to my satisfaction and my opinion of the brand has been scarred forever.

In an effort to help, Nixon asked ocaj11 if he had contacted KiotiJohn. Here is the entire text of Nixon's post, I think you can clearly see he was simply trying to help and was not stirring up trouble. Nixon was simply asking/suggesting that perhaps KiotiJohn would be able to help resolve the problem, not slighting the CK20 that KiotiJohn owns. Keith, Have You PM'd Kioti John ? While He is only the owner of a CK20, He has plenty of knowledge on most things dealing with Kioti. Best of luck. I hope that your problem is resolved to Your satisfaction. All the best, John
