What can I say, that hasn't been said... Awesome...
Heck..., I'd like to see a few pics of the Chessie, I'm assuming GP in the background. Pappy was a brakeman on the B&O/Chessie System/CSX for 42 years. Those things give me goosebumps just hearing them idle, let alone throttled up under a load..!!
I haven't seen to many projects that has made my jaw drop but this one sir sure did it. Outstanding craftsmanship. Absolutely love it. Tip my lid to you. Thanks for sharing!
I agree with all statements made..... truly awesome.
Did you have a set of drawings or did you do everything by eye?
It just seems to be so accurately scaled!
It truly looks perfect
WOW! is right! Fantastic craftsmanship and attention to detail! That being said... I work for GE Transportation in Erie PA building Locomotives and I too would like to see some pics of that Chessie Loco behind ya!
Thanks everyone for the very kind comments. Although the dozer is non working the look of the end result was still pretty cool to see. It took me six months to build working 7 days a week. I thought about powering it but not being able to fit in the cab I chose not too. I also thought of RCing it . I still dream about making a mini working Cat dozer. I will share the train pics today. Thanks again
