the job is wonderful,

but after looking at your projects, the thought comes to mind, if you made a modular unit with some type of electrical drive and some deep cycle batteries and then set up with a RC radio controls so one could drive it or move it and then be able to move the power unit from model to model depending on he display that day, would think they would be great hits at parades

what do you do with these models when done?
how (out side, in side) and where do you store them, your shop looks like it is in a residential area, and my guess is the back yard is not that big?

what do your neighbors think?

I've said this a dozen times on the site. Some of us get the gift and some don't. This man is the Picasso, the Stradivarius, the Da Vinci in fabrication skills. I too am amazed at his work.

I just found your mini atriculated JD and now stumble on to this, wow. If you show is all of your work I doubt anyone here would think you were "showing off", even though your work has clearly earned you that right!

You sir are a true craftsman. The kind that rebuilds a country after a nuclear holocaust.

Thanks again for the kind words.
I am sure not here bragging about my projects and was even reluctant to show my garden tractors projects. I don't want to come off like I am bragging . This is the first time I had any garden tractor projects my whole life to share. The models are unique but they are just static models. The garden tractors are working , driving projects that have been so fun to create. I have shared my models with a lot of nice people for the last 18 years so that got a little boring . So it is my garden tractor projects that I was so excited to share. The D-11 and the Chessie train models were cool because of their size. Now I really want to build a tracked garden tractor , I love those things. I built some blades and a few other projects but it is the garden tractors that I always came here to this sight to see. I can share my next five biggest models and the 15 foot long Mack truck/lowboy because they were pretty cool too. But the other 175 smaller models were just not that exciting . Thanks again

Your work earns you the right to brag!! I do not think you are bragging at all. I'd like to build a mini log skidder that was functional. Thought about military axles & transfer case. But I'd also like to win tonight's lottery also:laughing:
