My new customized ballast box

That is a great job! I am inspired. I have a tractor on order (JD 3039) and a grapple and FEL. I have been planning a weight like this, complete with the receiver hitch in it so I can move my horse trailer or whatever. I will start another thread on what I have and what I want to do, but yours is just about perfect.

The sad thing is that I waited too long to make this box, and either had to hitch up a box blade (big, clumsy, not heavy enough) or lift without ballast and punish my front axles. This is such a simple/important thing to have on a tractor with a loader.

Bet you don't go more than another month before you paint the cement orange. Nice job with the box.
