Hi All.

I borrowed a digital camera from work and thought I'd post some pictures of my tractor. (I'm going to the US Open for a couple of days next week. (I was told that they will let us have cameras for the practie rounds.))

The tractor will be a year old at the end of this month. I have 61 hours on it. Thats actually more hours than I thought I would put on in a year, but it seems I find all kinds of things it can help me with. I need to paint the house this summer and what I'm really am looking for is a painting attachment for the 3PH. Anyone come across one of those?

First time posting pictures, hope this works.

Regards,

Tim

Nice tractor! 61 hours isn't anything for a year! I've had my BX22 for a month or so and I've already got 20 hours on it :)

manganos,

The last place I had had a 5 acre field and I had a 12 hp lawn/garden tractor. It took me forever to mow that field.
The place we have now has 7+ acres of field to mow, so I wanted more of a mower. I guess I overshot. I can mow the field in 3-3 1/2 hours.
I also use the tractor for snow blowing, driveway repair, horse manure removal, etc... It works great for clearing snow. No shoveling with the blower on the back and the loader on the front.
We seriously considered the BX22, nice machine.

PS: Like your Jeep pictures.

Hi, nice tractor. I also have a TC33D. just turned 100 hours today and it is 10 months old. I was curious, you mention you use a snowblower with it. I was thinking of getting a blower. What brand and size snowblower are you using and how does it work with you TC33D?

Tag9889,

Do you have a stone or paved driveway. I was also considering a snow blower, but I realize that the stone drives must be frozen or you turn it into a rock thrower. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Mike,

Sorry for not responding earlier but I was out of town until today.

I have a Puma 64 (64 inch) made by Pronovost.
Pronovost (You'll need to click, English, Snowblowers, Puma.)

It works very well. We had a fairly mild winter this year. The biggest snow we had at any one time was about 14" and it cleared that with no problem. (I usually try not to let the show get more that 12" before I start clearing.) It will also move wet snow very well. The last snow was half snow and half rain. It looked almost like I was pumping water rather than moving snow.

I needed to adjust the tension on the chain a number of times due to it being new, I should see less of this in the coming year. I also went through some shear pins, there are two places for shear pins; one on the shaft by the 3PH and one by the chain drive.

MDNY,
I have a dirt (Sure-Pac) drive. Early in the snow season I needed to set the skid pads high, about 1", so that I would not throw the dirt. This will leaves a bit of snow on the drive. After the drive has frozen, I brought the pads up so the blower would scrape the drive. I would still throw some stone but no where near the amount the plow would.

In general I really like having the snowblower. It is really nice not having to rely on someone else with a plow. I was able to clear a much larger area with less distruction to the yard and drive.

Hope this helps,

Tim
