Um, have you been following this thread? Eric pretty much does put a ton of hours on his construction equipment, his tractor. I should think it needs a lot of grease. Also, I think he has some back problems, so maybe the foot operation is easier for him.

I do think it might be a little overkill though.

Must of missed it myself. What else did he buy besides a tractor?

Murphy, I'm disabled, hate changing out canisters of grease every third greasing, don't have a heated shop to service things, and am leaving my tractor in the cold where I use it in all weather conditions. If I purchased a lithium battery-operated grease gun that would not work as well in the cold, would you also question why I did so?

I hope the G.Gun turns out to be everything I hope it to be as greasing stuff is painful for me.

My Massey 1652 and previous 1648 occasionally pops out of Medium as well. Not often, but it does occur. Doesn't make any noise though, just goes quietly into neutral.

For those who are interested in my draw bridge dock, I made a video taking in my dock a couple of days ago.

I also made a video spreading sifted top soil in a confined area covering the now replaced septic lift line.

Oh, and just this evening I accepted an offer on the city house. There are a number of standard contingencies (financing, assessing, interest rate lock-in), but as soon as those cook off, I can hang my sold flag on my real estate sign!
