Wow! That is one nice looking place. I lived in SF for a couple of years and always loved Marin Co. Spent a lot of time in the Marin headlands, looks like I should have headed up your way.

Yeah I feel lucky to have found this area - Can't imagine a better place. Thank goodness others do because real estate is already obscenely expensive here.
You must have had a VERY good reason to move from the Bay Area.
I see you have a log splitter for your B21 - I'm considering one - any advice- what model do you have, cost etc.

mdbarb, My log splitter is a Bush Hog model that is no longer made. A local dealer was closing down after a fire and I bought this one for $400. Sure saves the old back.
