My Ride-on Tracked dumper

David's dumper still has one advantage... I didn't see any of those Vityaz's with a dump bed.
I guess if you need a DT-30 you don't need to be dumping anything. I love the clip where there are about 60 people in the trailer and the thing is just cruising thru the flood.

I don't think we'll see them on the front lines in Afghanistan anytime soon

Fixed it for you

Been working away on the Dumper, taking cold medicine at night and working out in the -5C weather by day. :confused2:

At minimum wage this is my $250 dollar exhaust, but I rather think of prison wages so maybe its a $15 exhaust. I was really hoping to start the motor today and see how the muffler sounds but I ran out of daylight. Even though there is only 4 wires, that are supposed to connect to a key switch, I was unsure how to rig things for a test. Guess I have to do some Googling.

Started working on the machine again. I have been studying 2/5 scale or paintball tanks to come up with ideas. I decided against direct driving my tracks and have added 2:1 gear set using 60H chain. I have started the roof, but will have make it removeable because it will be too tall to get out the 7 ft garage door. I have completed the 4 way front blade. I'll work on some pictures next week.

Completed both chain drive and idler sprocket install today and got a good start on the main control levers. Chain is 60H with 8,800 lbs breaking point. Pretty soon I will be ready to buy some hoses (28-ouch). Next hurdle will be, do I buy all the hoses, fill it up with at least 5 gallons of hydraulic fluid and see if it works, or when I get the welding finished, break it down, paint it, reassemble and then do the hydraulics? Problem I see with testing the hydraulics before painting is, major mess to clean up will all those hydraulic hoses.
