When we first moved to the woods, my wife was cutting with one of my smaller limbing saws. While cutting off a branch at shoulder level, the saw hopped off the branch, and to my horror, came down on her wrist . Now I'm watching this from about 75'away and I thought she severed a major artery. As I am running toward her in that slow motion ,dream way that happens when you cannot get there fast enough, she is looking on the ground. I asked if she was alright and she said she was but her watch was missing. The chainsaw had cut off the thick leather banding people wore in the 70's as watch bands neatly in two. That was the last day she used a chainsaw.
