My Wife Says I Can\'t Surf Here Anymore

It's been a while since I registered as a user. It was about 2 years ago when I purchased a BX2200. For the last two years I've continued to check back to this site hoping that someone would have good news about safely mounting a 3pt backhoe to that tractor!

After two years and reading all the posts, I traded the BX2200 in this morning for a BX23. Between my surfing here and the dodge diesel forum the internet is putting me in the poor house!

If anyone has purchased a BX23 and knows of any issues I should be looking for, I pick it up on friday.

buy the second set of tires at the same time.. $300 well spent. Get the four way valve so if you need to get a snowblower in the future, it will be ready for that. Have the rear tires filled with beet juice, have the HD alternator kit installed ($160). Get the block heater installed also ($30). I also opted for the 12" bucket and the flip over stabilizer pads ($180), but they are a luxury, not a necessity unless you are working on pavement.
Just curious the hours on the BX2200 and how you made out on the trade..

Good advice from the Junkman, as always. One slight modification: the BX-23 comes standard with the 4-way valve, so no action needed on your part to special order.

The Bride asked me a few nights ago (while I was consumed by a "raging argument" ) if I was addicted to TBN.......

I explained to her that considering my past and present addictions and the opportunities that abound, she should be tickled I'm spending my time online with a bunch of old tractor farts.
