Mystery string trimmer head

Has anyone ever seen this head before? Its on an echo SRM-225 but its not an echo head.
you just hook short pieces of line onto it.
A brand name for it would be great,

That actually looks like part of on of those heads that take the three nylon blades that would fit the holes. I have a Craftsman branded head on one I'm working on that was designed for single line.
