Need a solid steel Jig anchored for my backhoe

Could you adapt a motorcycle lift to work? There are several different styles. I would think with a little modification it should make it easy to take the weight off the pins to remove/ install.

I know how much fun complicated projects can be, but if traction is all you need you might go to your local farm supply and get one of those "horse mats" - basically just a 4'x6' piece of 1" thick rubber - cut a couple of 2' square pieces, set your outriggers on the pieces, and try again.

Relatively cheap, no holes in the floor.

Also, some of the full-size TLB's have reversible pads on the outriggers - one side like yours for dirt, flip it over and the other side has thick rubber pads for blacktop, concrete, etc - so you might be able to cut enough squares of the 1" rubber to glue together for enough thickness to stick out of the pads and grip the floor better.

Just another way to look at it... Steve

Same idea I guess, I came across rubber stair thread mats at Home Depot and cut one in half. I took the edged feet off and got a great grip with the flat ends of the outriggers. It did the trick taking it off (didn't budge) now I'll let you know how it works putting it back on. Thanks for everyone's ideas.

When putting it back on, you may find you need to re-position it with hydraulics BEFORE your hoses will reach - if it hooks up with QD's, my solution was a couple of smaller diameter hoses (my Case uses 1" hoses) with adapters to matching male/female QD's to fit the hoe - with 4-6 foot extension hoses you can work the hoe into position to back into it, then once you have things connected shut it off, wiggle everything, remove the extension hoses and connect it normally.

This works for my machine, yours may be different... Steve

See attached pics. I tried to put the feet down but there is not enough grip for it to slide off the frame. See what I mean about the possibility of a cradle of some sort bolted to the floor and when I go to load it on it is a task to line up because I can't push into it. I'm wide open for any ideas from anyone. Thanks
Kevin

How about just blocking the wheels on the dolly? I had a subframe like that one on my KB2365. Never had trouble dismounting it. I wasn't trying to put it in the back of a garage though so I could use bucket down pressure to adjust pressure on the subframe. Key is to alter the front/back weight pressure on the subframe so it slides out more easily.
