Just an update! A buddy of mine, who is a machinist, is boring/sleeving the two lower bores of the stick so that the factory pins fit. He is also pressing in/out a few bushings where it connects to the boom while he has it. While everything is apart, I'm replacing the bushings on all 3 hydraulic rams...kind of bizarre that the bucket cylinder only has a replaceable bushing on one side. I'll post photos and more details when everything is going back together.

Now if I could only find a source for solid front rubber tires for the TLB like the newer skid steers seem to have.

I got too excited and put everything back together, but I did manage to snap this photo with the bushing. Both lower bores were slightly over-bored and hardened bushings inserted in place. I haven稚 done any earthwork yet, but I値l let you know how it goes.
