Need an engine block for a 2012 Mahnidra 8560

Thank you for reading this thread and the advice. All solid and correct. Two shops so far have refused to turn a wrench because they cannot find a used block. And thankfully, they both don't see a value in spending so much money on just two parts. I do live near Ingalls Shipyard where there are highly trained welders that think the block can be repaired. Ironically, the mechanic I am now using used to be a Mahindra dealer. He has searched the country and Canada for a used block. Nothing yet.

I am glad to hear you are not giving up. As long as the hole in the block is the only issue, the repair on the block should be fairly simple. Keep us updated and y'all be safe!
