Need ATV ideas for son

I would like to get my 5 yrs old son a atv, a four wheeler would be ok, but he likes to drive his 12 volt electric John deere gator around and put stuff in the bed of it. It is getting to small and not enough power to pull the hills in our yard. Does anybody know if a small ,gas powered, reasonable priced, kids, utility vehicle with a dump bed is available for say 600 - 800 dollars? thanks
