Need ball for tow arm

I lost the ball on the right tow arm for the tow bar to go into on my Allis Chalmers 6140.

The ball had loosened over time and fell out when I did not have the tow bar on it.

Where can I purchase or have one put in it? I live in Holly Springs, NC, SE community of Raleigh NC
