As tough as it is to do at times if I was mine I would drop it off at the dealer and have them check it out. You might get a pleasant surprise on the repair cost.
One more silly question, you mentioned the fluid is new. Did the previous owner change it prior to you purchasing the unit? If so did he use UDT or SUDT Kubota fluid? If he went to a place like Tractor Supply and bought universal hydraulic tranny fluid and put it in there is a good chance that would cause the problem you're having.
