Need help with JD 62C deck

Hi Larry,
My deck has the 1" shaft and my deck serial# is 35535. Looks like they increased the shaft size beginning with serial# 4001.
Will be interesting to see what S/N deck JDfanatic has.

Gee, I just use a refrigerator dolly to move my deck around and I throw a 2x4 through the hole in the back of the deck to keep it from tipping while I clean and service it.
