Need info on hooking up/controlling grapple..

To be hones, I'm a bit turned off by MIE. I emailed them 2 days ago then yesterday I used the web form because I hadn't heard from them. I still haven't heard MIE. Are they even still around? Their website looks to not have been updated for a while now.

Funny you should ask - I did the same in reverse order.
Contacted them about the 2 SCV kit for my CK35 - first thru the web site, then direct e-mail about a week later. No response to either.

TBN member sixacrecaretaker just bought a CK2610 from them about a month ago per another thread in this forum so I assumed they are still in business.

Being a "computer techno guy" for Job #1 - I understand that e-mail can have issues; however in my office environment it's a lot easier to write e-mails (and surf tractor forums LOL) than it is to talk on the phone. Therefore I tend to do a lot of business that way.

Given their overall reputation here I would like to believe a phone call would get all the information you needed if you were so inclined.

We are sorry to hear that your requests have not been answered. We answer all of the requests we get through our website, although we have heard of other occasions where a message has not come through. We aren't yet sure if it is a Firewall (or some related) issue. Please let us know which form you used to contact us so we can have our service provider look into the problem. We update our site at least twice a year to assure the KIOTI Parts and the MIE Machinery information is as up to date as possible.

We apologize again for any inconvenience. Any information you can share with us that would help our provider isolate the problem would be greatly appreciated. You can also contact Bob directly at rpiro.mie@tds.net. We agree, e-mail is a very convenient way to communicate.

Our Contact Page is now working for Sales@michironandequip.com and Parts@michironandequip.com. A security setting somehow got switched denying access to our e-mail system. All is working now.

Hmmm... I sent it not 1 min after I replied to this thread. You should have received it a while ago.

My prior emails were sent to sales. I just sent you a test email to both sales and parts.

I just sent you a test email and copied your personal email.. That's from my gmail account. I also sent sales and parts a test email from my work email addy, but not to your personal. I hope you get one or more of these. If your filters are set to block gmail, you might be missing a lot of emails.
