Box Scraper Need input on new box blade

Your Box Blade cut has to be wider than your tires so you can back into the developing trench to remove more material.

If your Box Blade cut is not wider, your tractor tires will ride on the on the trench banks and your Box Blade will not be able to reach the dirt.

I just ordered an Extreme Duty 72" box blade today from Everything Attachments. I have always been very impressed with the quality of their builds. Check them out.

I'll go with the last part of your post. But I won't go with the first part.

There are soooooooo many applications of a BB that sometimes you want "inside", some times you want "outside".

I have a 7' LandPride that I use on both, my M9540 at 90" tire width and my 3910 at 80" tire width. Totally depends on what I'm trying to accomplish. I use it most on the narrow tractor.

This is from the guy who used to say you should always have your attachment wider than your tractor tire width. :)

Thanks guys for all the info. I'm going with 72 in. Makes sense to me. Atwoods gave me credit for the 5ft and sold me the 6 ft for same price. Nice folks !!
