when I looked at a reman starter for a dodge ram a while back I was disenhearted to see the reamn in 'worse looking' condition than the mopar non functional one I removed that was 12ys old.

Yup, sad but true....

I use salvage yard take-offs for all my starter and alternator needs and have never been dissapointed.
