So I got the tractor, 70A loader, 60" belly mower, 60" box blade, 12" auger for 8900.00 Cash.
I feel good about the purchase. I will post pics soon. After I wax it.

You did very well! I have had 4 of these fine JDs....love 'em.

If you go AGs, the only maker of a rear tire for the OEM Wheel is
Goodyear. The last DynaTorque II I bought cost about $175, but I had
to have them shipped from IL to CA. Front AGs were less than $65 ea.

Problem areas to watch for: many safety interlocks...when they get
intermittant, the tractor will not start or move. The front grille is hard
to get on and off, and it sometimes won't stay on. The battery is hidden
behind the grille. You need to keep the FEL QA mechanism adjusted or
it gets sloppy.

This tractor has tons of power (33hp) for only 2000#.

Where can I find out what year this tractor was manufactured?
S/N is: LV0955E190126
Let me know if you can tell me how to decipher this.

Thanks...Tony

Your dealer can also run it and tell you any service history that any JD dealer has done to it, as well as the date of manafacture.

Congratulations on a good tractor purchase.

If you will tell us what you plan to do with it we can make better reccomendations about the tires. Depending on use you may be okay with replacing the rear tires and use it like it is.

I will be moving about 5-10 tons of riprap from down front of the house to the rear of the house. I have a lot of soil to move and box grading.
Most of this work will start in the late spring after it dries out a bit.

BTW, What is the idle RPM of this Yanmar? It seems to be high. (1100 RPM)
