Need paint to touch up my ratchet rake

Anyone know what spray paint to use to match the
yellow color used by ratchet rake?

I called RR and they told me JD Yellow.
Bought that and it was much to light.

RR uses a yellow that is a good match to
Dewalt power tools yellow.

If it is that important to you why not go to the paint store and match it to a color swatch.

You could try rustoleum industrial yellow. I think TSC also sells an industrial yellow.

The paint you have will work very well if you paint the whole RR. Why try to match?

Since you have a Kubota why not paint it Kubota Bright Orange II.

Why are you worried about touching up the paint on something that is essentially the cutting edge on a loader bucket?

I think it's the JD "industrial" yellow used on construction equipment, not what's used on the green and yellow tractors. Probably a tough find local other than a JD dealer. But I agree with the others, why worry about it?

I used Cub Cadet "High-Performance Maintenance" paint. Cadet Yellow - 759-3258. It's a good paint and a good match. The only reason I did a touch-up was because I had my 6-ft RR cut down to fit my 5-ft bucket and the two outermost tabs needed to be welded back on to the rake. I primed and painted just the cut/welded areas.

Kenny, you know I have found the Deere construction yellow to be pretty good paint. Used it to coat my manlift attachment several years ago and it is holding up well.

Some things I will touch up others no. If it's job makes it come into contact with dirt as part of its job then I don't worry about it.
