Planters Need Parts

Hi all,
I'm a newbie here at his forum. Hope you all can help. I have a 1967 JD 207B Drill. Has not been used in probably for 35 years. It is remarkably in good shape. I have need of a new sprocket tha drives the seeding shaft. Wondering if anyone might know where I might locate parts or even someone that can build new parts. Thanks for any help I can get.

I assume that you've checked with John Deere. I'm surprised that they don't sell it ----

I would think that a bearing house might be able to help you. Take off the old one and see if they can't match it ---- try Kaman or Motion. Or whoever sells that stuff in your area ------------

Maybe check with www.thesmartfarmer.com ---- they may also be able to help you out ---------

Thanks for the info. My son went to JD store. They said they could not help. I decided to go to the JD website. Found the info. Guess the local store did not want to take the time to look it up.
