Looks like you could drain that to the right side . Get it dried out and quit rooting around like a hog in there . No amount of rock is going to fix that !

Take a look at using Neoweb or some other soil stabilizer.

Put down a Geotextile, then Geogrid, top it with Neoweb and fill with your gravel. Depending on what you use, you can pour right on top of it.
