Yes. I have an adjustable top hitch and see this also. The fact is that in reality implemens vary regarless of the standards. I own implements that work with my adjustable hitch that were Never claimed to be quick hitch compatable (a seeder for example), and would never work with a fixed top hitch. I would not own a fixed top link hitch. S.
