Power a bush hog gear box from the stumpjumper side and you probably have just what you need. Most are gear reduction, and you need the opposite, so just power in the output side and put a pulley on the input side. Might take a right angle bracket welded or bolted to allow mounting. Oil level also might be interesting to check, unless you plan on turning it on it's nose when you need to check the fluid level.
I am sure there are other gearboxes, this one just came to mind.

Hydraulic decks seem to be in demand, as I am also thinking of one to mount in place of the 5 reel mowers on a Jacobson I just purchased.
