As said if the box blade has rippers then set them down and rip first what you want to move with the loader....will make moving the dirt easier....keep taking little bites and you'll get it done

The only other thing nobody has mentioned is to make sure that you always work with the slope, not across it. That hill looks just steep enough to upset if things don't go as planned.

That is exactly what I was thinking. I am not interested in rolling over my brand new tractor :D

A box blade with rippers should do the job easily. Back up until the rippers are over the "hump" - drop and rip thru the hump. This will loosen the hump and partially drag the hump into the valley. Finish moving the dirt with the box blade.

My concern would be operating the box blade safely with the drop being so steep.

I actually did exactly this with my box blade, in an area where I removed a retaining wall. First I ran over the "cliff" several times and rounded it off without any implements, then I dragged the box with rippers. It worked perfectly.

I'd use my backhoe :) BUT without my backhoe I'd do what oosik and others recommended.

I don't know about the BX but most CUT will raise a box blade high enough so that by backing up to the ledge from the downhill side it will clear the top of the ledge. Just back up as much as you can (shorten the top link as much as needed for highest lift), dropping the scarifiers as low as they will go and then dragging the box blade forward will move a little dirt at first and then as the fill gets enough, you can back further back and continue doing this until you have the slope like you want it and the ledge filled in. I would do a box blade width at a time then move over and do the next width, continue till you get to the end.
I might use the FEL then to back drag the area to smooth it up. Likely need to plant some grass on it immediately to prevent erosion of the area.

There's always got to be ONE in the crowd! :D

You dang straight partner!

If soil conditions test for needing topsoil, add it before clean-up of sticks rocks roots etc., plant and roll grass seed, cover with straw, and water regularly for a couple of weeks. Mow lawn for eternity...
