As said if the box blade has rippers then set them down and rip first what you want to move with the loader....will make moving the dirt easier....keep taking little bites and you'll get it done
My concern would be operating the box blade safely with the drop being so steep.
I'd use my backhoeA box blade with rippers should do the job easily. Back up until the rippers are over the "hump" - drop and rip thru the hump. This will loosen the hump and partially drag the hump into the valley. Finish moving the dirt with the box blade.
