The quickest way is to buy a section of replacement cutting edge for a road grader blade and borrow or rent a mangnetic base drill-
Use four c clamps to clamp the new edge under the old bucket lip and drill at least 4 holes through the existing holes on the grader blade cutting edge and
use a huge amount of silicone caulk to seal between the two edges and bolt them together with the proper bolts(for the cutting edge and nylock nuts to hold the bolts in place.
Welding two dis-simular metals of a hardox type and X type steel is not really a good idea as you have no idea what type of steel was used to construct the bucket and the edge- it most likely is a beveled piece of thin flat stock steel welded to the bucket anyway/, the agco we have has a weak bucket an d thin steel simply due to its being a bucket for loose materials.
