Neighbor lets dogs out to do their business in my yard?

I have tried to be neighborly in many ways, but the folks who purchased my mothers place next door are less then what I would call, considerate..

In that case, I would contact your animal control and find out exactly what you can do and what is required of them, then I would march right over there and be point blank direct about it.

Be as nice as they allow you to be, could be they "just don't get it" but until then, I think any "covert operations" will be overkill:laughing:. Your suggesting replacing dog poo for chicken poo:confused3: Still poo!! If they don't get it and the animal control doesn't work, burn the house down, not really, just say'n:D

Have you tried to talk to them about the problem?

I had that problem about 20 years ago.....12 gauge loaded with rock salt fixed it.

There's never a skunk around when you need one!

That wouldn't slow my two dogs down any. they make a point to kill about 6 a year, then I get to smell like skunk for a week. About 4 years ago they killed 2 seven days apart. smelled for a month. They even pulled one out of a old log, and then proceded to sling the spray all over me, since I was standing 3 feet away.

Don't know if your area has a leash law or not- mine does and I went through the same problem. I lured the dog into my garage with food and locked him in there and called the dog pound. They came and picked him up and after 2 times of this the owner decided paying $50 each time to get rid of the dog.

Every dog I ever knew always rolled in poo, so I'm thinking since they are indoor dogs, it may come to an abrupt end, and I could then use some poo elsewhere...

(That sounds so weird... but country by all means..!)

I have tried to be neighborly in many ways, but the folks who purchased my mothers place next door are less then what I would call, considerate.. Without going into a lot of detail, they continue to let their two big dogs do their stuff in my yard..
So with that being said, and spring coming soon..

If that's your polar bear in your avatar, I hope he/she is going on your property.;)

Had the same problem here. Talked to them twice but nothing changed. Typical cityiots. Started taking a picture each time followed by a call to animal control. We have no leash law but dogs may not roam onto propery where they are not welcome. They paid the $250 fine a couple of times but quickly started leashing the dog after that. Havnt see the dog in months.

Years ago had the same thing going on. One night I piled it up next to the driver door of their car. I heard a lot of yelling at 6:00 am but it did stop.
