Snow Never thought I'd say this, but I'm missing the snow...

I can't wait until you get HUGE piles of snow -- maybe then it will drop below 100 here!

I think so, too. After being gone for a week, I came home yesterday to find my poor lawn suffering badly from the heat and drought. So I started the sprinklers before 5 a.m. this morning. Then later today the water bill for the period of 6/14/08 to 7/14/08 came; $180! Ouch! And this afternoon it's 101 and no relief in sight. We did have some thunder and lightning around 5 a.m. and then got a whopping .07" of rain.

We may not get any snow, but I'm sure looking forward to Winter.

I really can't believe you are hoping for snow! Known that New England will get it's fair share of the white stuff soon enough. Guess we will have to wait until January to see if you are waiting for spring so you can use the bushhog again. Thinking of that I have to go hook mine up, darn back field needs cutting again!

Anybody who like this heat is nuts.........can't wait for the snow AND cold weather.

What heat? Up here in god's country we haven't had a day in the 90's yet this year. Lately the highs have been in the mid 70's and the lows in the 40's - perfect for work, play and sleeping. I put my years in down there in "**** on earth".
