On my 1526 and 2555, I painted the handle of the dipsticks Cat yellow. Helps you find the durn thing. Kind of hard with a black engine and black dipstick, usually in a semi-dark area of my barn with real old eyes. The dipstick tubes are sometimes not pointed in a direction that it is easy to pull the stick out. You have to remember that the engines are put into a lot of tractors, and they just point in a generic direction that may be not a good thing on your particular tractor with your particular options like a FEL. You can bend the tubes a little to change this direction to make the stick removal/insertions a better process. Just make sure you radius it thru it's full length and just not kink it where it comes out of the block. I did mine, not hard to do with just your fingers. The factory or dealer does not assign a guy to do it for you before delivery, not saying they shouldn't during dealer prep.
