I wouldn't stress the broken wheel on the deck to much, ditto the chewed up discharge. It's likely that you'll want a new set of blades, squash washers (aka "spring plate" two per blade) and I'd probably replace the dust covers and bolts while I was at it. The anti-scalp wheels will break eventually even with fairly normal use and the discharge chute is one tree away from gettting a tear in it in my experience :/ You can lookup the part #'s easily here - pull down for the sub-component diagrams - Kubota RCK60-32 (60" MOWER DECK B2301HSD/B2601HSD) Parts Diagrams - I've ordered both from messicks and my local dealer, but it's nice to be able to easily lookup the parts so you know what you need either way.
Last year when I did the 400hr service on my B2601 (I did it a bit early at 365hrs because I wasn't sure what the previous owner had done so figured it was safer to just do a full service early), I was about $600 all in with replacing all the fluids (super UDT2 for hydraulic & axle - technically 5g is just enough but I bought 7.5 to have some spare). But that included new blades for the brush hog and some spare parts as well (I picked up a couple extra fuel & oil & spare air filters and needed some replacement bolts for the loader). So I think it was closer to maybe $400-450 for just the fluids and filters. It was pretty easy to do.
If the tractor was worked hard I'd also recommend doing a good clean out of the radiator. When I did my service I pulled the battery and used a foaming hvac cleaner on the radiator coils, it ran WAY cooler after doing that (it was admittedly beyond dirty, the PO didn't know you could pull the screen and blow it off so had been pressure washing it and was basically just pushing the dirt through the screen into the radiator!!). The foaming hvac cleaner was like magic... I washed off the surface dirt, then sprayed it on and let it sit for 10m, then hosed it off and the gunk just fell off way way easier than I'd hoped. I'm going to do that again when I do the next oil change to try & get some more residue out.. and help keep it clean.
Follow on picture 100% shows it as being SSQA, the first picture I sure couldn't tell either!
I'm in the "jump on this one" crowd.
I was concerned mainly if the broken wheel on the deck was a sign of abuse? I tend to take very good care of my things and I know others are harder on things. The bucket on the tractor is very well used and the overall tractor was very dirty. The discharge cover on the deck is pretty chewed up for some reason and I would get it replaced. The 300 hours service has not been done yet not sure how much that costs me?

I thought the quick connect was the bobcat style like shown.
