Thank you. after talking with several dealers
and a whole lot of research. i felt it was a reasonable price.
we haggled for a while. i got where i felt comfortable. I had my own figure
before i got to the dealer. from his starting price. i got down about 1,350$
i felt satisfied with with it. I know he has to make a liveing too.
and thay have been good to me in the past. The hoe is what really get it
up there. there always the most pricey of toys.

Chris

speaking of deals. I just completed a deal to buy another set of very slightly used tires and wheels for my tractor. Now I will have a good weather Golf turf tire set, and a winter weather turf set. I will be able to get my grass mowed without worrying so much about the tires digging into the surface!:D. I looked up just the rims on the JD Parts site and a set for both F and R was almost $800 bucks, and my dealer quoted me $200ea for the front rubber, and $1100 ea for the back rubber. Yes i probably can get them cheaper, but not as cheap as $700 bucks for the entire set of rims and tires!:)

Thats sounds real good. fortunatly for me. i have a new JD GX for all mowing. so the 2520 will be for sole Tractor use. so the R4's will be ok:)
course i will still haft to be careful i suppose. i think i read the 2520 with backhoe and loader. still weighs over 3000 pounds. so if the ground is not dry. it would print the grass. this was the decideing factor why i did not go with a 3320 will 300CX loader and 448 backhoe. i was told it would weigh
about 5000 and that would sure leave prints in the yard.

Oh yeah if you have them both on when you go through the yard. Depending on the tires, you might not if you only had the loader on.

Well unless i need to do something special. like box blade of something.
I plan on leaveing the backhoe on most of the time. it will make a good bit of weight on the back. :)

I wonder how much the 46 hoe weighs. I bet Duc knows...

856 would seem to be pretty good balist in the back....:)

then it something was really heavy. you could extend the boom out the back
a bit. Duc since you are a wealth of nolige. how much does the loader and 61 in bucket weigh... :p

I would suggest liquid ballast (or weights) in the tires as well - that way if you remove the BH you still have ballast. I used rimguard and it added brought the tires to about 400lbs each

one dealer i talked to said he felt loading the tires was hard on the tractor.
cause you were dragging alot of extra weight whether you had attachments on or not. do you think this is true;)
