New 4520r smell drives me nuts

The last couple weeks I have been doing a lot of light duty work with my tractor, running it around 1,000 rpm. My soot cooker hasn't clogged, but my, does it stink! It is that burnt plastic smell. First time I have ever noticed it.

Back in the 50's and 60's the exhaust from diesel passenger buses had an unpleasant to me, smell that I didn't notice on trucks. I guess it was because the buses exhausted much lower down than the trucks. I haven't noticed the smell of exhaust from a bus for decades now and I don't know why.

Our 4520 still smells that way, it does smell like burnt plastic.
I do wish the seat was a little nicer, and the loader a little faster. All that aside, I love my tractor, its a beast and does the jobs without complaining!
