Can't get over all that green grass, too! Whooeee! All my fields are covered with 2 feet of snow! (Although it's meltin' like crazy and my driveway, etc. are mostly mud!)

The NH is a 2007 model, bought new in July of '08. It has about 300 hours on it now. Never been back to the dealer. I've been very pleased with it. It's a great "mid-size" tractor for the farm.
I took delivery of the JD this past fall. It rolled over 100 hrs this morning.
As for the green grass, I sure hope it stays that way. We are in a drought situation here. Below normal rainfall for more than three years and counting. Our average annual rainfall here is around 58". The total rainfall here for 2010 was only 22", and 15" of that was by the middle of March. Some people had to start feeding hay in August! So far, our total this year has only been 8.5".

Yes. I'm planning to visit my folk's in early May for 10 days (I leave on the 2nd). The tractor was likely gonna show up just about the time I got on the plane to fly south...

I don't want the tractor to be delivered if I'm not home and my wife most certainly does not want that, either! So, I had them hold the tractor for another couple of weeks and the latest plan is for the tractor to be here on the 16th of May.

My salesguy is planning to email me some pictures of the tractor later this week with everything set up.

I'll try to post some pics of the "finished" tractor at that time.

Must have been hard to set the date back I know you were at first getting the 5065M mid March until you switched to the 5075M. So another month to wait. Any idea how long it will be on the road?

It's goin' pretty fast - but, there's still more to go!!! Been dry so far with just a couple of small flurries and NO rain at all.

That's good and bad... the snow stays a bit longer without rain -bad- but the roads and fields dry up faster -good-.

It was hard! Dang, I was really lookin' forward to a few hours of seat time before I headed south!!!

Things were just coming down to the wire and I might have had a day or two or NOT! It just wasn't worth the gamble and the PITA for my wife having to work out the kinks if there was a hangup.

Nonetheless, everything should be pretty much dried out and thawed out by the time the tractor shows up. That will make it a whole lot more fun to put a few hours on the tach - in the dirt - not in the mud! :thumbsup:

Should only take 3 days to truck to the West Coast - Washington state. Then a week on a barge to Alaska.
