They put seatbelts on tractors but how many people use them. can't blame them how many stupid lawsuits are there with some one trying to hit lottery for there own mistakes.
Loader New B2650 manal says do'nt put chains, rope or strapes on loader to lift stuff

Unfortunately, one of the new trends that are developing is for giant insurance companies to start suing for damages on behalf of their client. Whether or not the client is directly involved or not. Appended
So if person becomes injured or disabled, then their insurance company will use the court system to recoup some of the money that they would otherwise have to spend. The Insurance companies are working their way up the food chain; and have in the past sued property owners of the property where the accident occurred, and smaller companies peripherally involved.

A common practice now if involved in a traffic crash and your vehicle is equipped with ECM insurance companies are sending techs out to pull info from computer such as speed , brakes applied ,speed at which air bags deployed, seatbelts in use, etc. beware
