Removing the FEL on these things is extremely easy, it is the same on the BX up to the M Series. I can have them off in well under five minutes. I have taken mine off a couple of times a day. It is easier on a solid flat surface, but I ave done it on the dirt and gravel, just takes a little more practice.

I agree. The first time you might want to be on good flat solid surface, concrete if you have it. Practice a couple times, then you'll always take the loader off when doing tasks that it's not required. I've had my latest tractor six months and have had the loader off at least 6 times.

Would you mostly be leaving the backhoe off? I ask because my owners manual says to drain the tire fluid on my B3200 when installing a backhoe.

There's no real justification for this, either logically, or by Kubota. The only place that a few hundred pounds added by weighted tires is going to increase stress is on the stabilizers, and they're plenty strong (after all, the manual doesn't list a 150lb weight limit for the tractor's operator). You'll find that weighted tires really help keep the tractor from sliding around when you're using the backhoe. I would weight them and leave them weighted at all times if you do any loader or backhoe work. The only place you might want unweighted tires would be if you primarily mow with a mid-mount mower, and no loader installed.

Arrgh they had to ship the MMM from Georgia so no tractor today, ETA now next Wednesday. They did uncrate the backhoe and installed the backhoe, backhoe frame kit, swivel seat, thumb so I got to drool over it for 30 minutes. They offered to deliver today as promised but would have to come get it next week haul it back to the dealer to install the MMM to ensure proper fit so I said no just wait and make one trip. I did take the opportunity to eye the B3200 again, about $3k more than the B2920 but just too big for my property. I asked the dealer why I already want a bigger tractor and they just laughed.

Sounds like we might get to read about a trade in story in the future with the last comment!
The point about the 16" bucket I agree with. I had a 12" bucket on the BH65 I had and clay would stick. With a new BH I went with the 16" bucket and works great....no more cleaning out bucket and the size difference was all positive.
Your wait will be worth it!
