I would go the muffler shop route. My 2515 is in the shop with a "engine knock". The mech first checked the muffler for a "loose baffle". He said that he found it to be a "honey comb" type muffler so no baffle to get loose. I think perhaps it is similar to a catalytic converter.

The 2515 just came out and already having engine problems?
