Dealer called today and the tractor was ready, so I took a half day off and wife and I went and had them go through it with us. It was delivered today and I since have moved my back "40" and some other areas. I varied the Rpms some during the mowing. I noticed mowing the yard was easy enough and it cut my time in half for sure. Mowing around the "forested" area was not as fun with the bucket hanging on one side and the rear mower hanging on the other...Plus the ROPS finds over hanging limbs pretty easily :D I was thinking of getting weights for up front and removing the bucket for when doing that chore... but it is not a must do on the list.

My BX2360 has the new HST fan guard that was posted and talked about in some of the other threads. That was the first thing I checked when I got to my dealer. The build date on the machine is June.

As far as using my neighbors bush hog, he has a bigger machine and the deck and drive shaft are a no go... oh well... waiting till spring on that... I bet it doesn't even snow now because of my new toy. Last year bought a 4x4 and no snow :)
Good and enjoy the new BX.

AWESOME! you gonna love your machine. FYI - just try mowing without FEL on and no front weights. you might find it will be fine this way. I beleive you will be happier just to trim all branches that gets in the way of rops. I know I have here. I tried to mow for over a year by just driving close as possible and then back up and go around. Later I said - heck with it cut the branches out of the way and I think the trees look more natural now .:D

Agree with radioman, I can mow with my 48" Land Pride rotary cutter without FEL or weights, wouldn't think a 54" RFM would be a problem either. Trimmed my limbs too; much easier.

:p OK here is a picture :D

I ended up getting a new 12x20 garage to put next to the wifes vegetable garden and use as a home for "her" tractor...I knew what I was getting into when I bought my Harley, but had no idea with this Sub CUT!!! I still "have" to get her a tiller and me a bush hog and who knows what else.
