Congrats...Would like to see a pic or 2 of it...Also a pic of where the dealer welded the chain hooks on your FEL.

Will get some pictures on here Tuesday morning. I'll be sure and include the chain hooks. The timing couldn't be better - I'm having a pole barn built right now and need to dig a trench for the water and electric lines. Can't wait to get started!

Thank you for all the info in this tread. 18K seems to be the price in this area also.

Has anyone heard the 2009 financing optioins?

Has anyone had experiance with a FEL mounted plow, vs the frame mounted front plow?

Is your preference due to issues with the FEL plow?

Well the new little baby has arrived! Here she is with her "Big Momma"! Not mine - the contractors. You should be able to see the chain hooks that the dealer welded on the FEL. As posted elsewhere - all the little issues with the BX24 have been fixed. No jerking stops with the HST. Loader and BH both work at idle (slowly of course - but they do move). Seat swings around for BH use pretty easily and is comfortable. Fenders and hood are all metal now. So far everything seems to work perfectly and I'm very pleased with her. I'm taking it easy until I get her broke in but sure seems to have plenty of power to do what I need. Will post a thorough evaluation once I've had a chance to really put her to work. Happy New Year everybody!!!

Congratulations and good luck with your new machine. I looked at the BX over and over again, I had a B6000E TLB for a while and man did I love my bota (bought a second B6000E just because, I also had the matching rear finish mower and tiller). If my ground was just a little less narly I would've gone with the BX, but I had to go bigger.

You'll be handing that machine down through the generations, Kubota makes real good, tough, stuff.

That was the dealers decision. Not sure of the reasoning behind it.
