New Delivery :)

   / New Delivery :) #41
Spent the whole day clearing our house site. It's amazing the big pile of trees that we have. It didn't look like that many when they were all standing. We were mainly using the new Century 3045 and our '72 Ford 2000 to remove the trees and get them in the burn pile. Hopefully I can start on the basement/foundation excavation tomorrow if the weather holds out and my muscles are willing to move! I have a new-found respect for folks that do this stuff for a living (of course, a D-6 and a stout excavator would have been pretty handy today). Gotta wonder how those guys in the "old days" managed with the 2-man saws and mules to clear their land? /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

BTW - I'll probably start a new post in the "projects" section since this is getting deeper of the beaten path of clarkie's original post.
Will start it in the AM - need my beauty sleep (and boy I need lots of it too!) /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
