Correct... that's fine, you then need to start a graphics program and go to Edit, Paste... the screen should show up there. Do you have Windows? Go to "Start", "Programs", "Accessories" and "Paint" should be in there. Start the program and try it again... I have XP and it works for me.

Chrome user here. If you have Windows 7 there's an accessory call "Snipping Tool" that lets you capture parts of the screen, annotate and save to JPG. If not I recommend Gadwin Print Screen.

never knew about the snipping tool. just went and played with it.....nice. i like it
