Glenn9643 - Bob's post, the last before mine, indicated time posted as today 7:31pm. Where I am it's 2:35pm CST. Seems like the time used to be closer?

Glenn - you need to go to your profile and reset your location. The system thinks we're all in London!

Question for those who might now:

Is their away to set this up software to go to the posted reply's you have not looked at?

Look for the blue checkmark on the listing of threads, just next to the Thread Topic. Clicking on that will take you to the first new post.

Question for those who might now:

When viewing a thread you have already looked at (especially a large one) the old sytem would take you to the post you had not viewed yet (the newer posts). It appear that this new software brings you to the begining post so you have to figure out where you left off reading a long thread.

Is their away to set this up software to go to the posted reply's you have not looked at?

For example: A thread might have 27 replys to it. You have already read the first 20 and only have seven unread reply's to read. Old way would bring up the reply's you have not looked at. New way brings up the first post and you have to figure out where you left off. It makes it harder to keep up on active posts.

Yes, I know what you mean. Right now the best option is to click on the arrow to the right of the poster's name on the forum index page, which takes you to the last post in that thread.

I'll see if we can restore the mid-thread jump.

Avatars and sig pics aren't working, yet. I know you guys are in triage mode.

I am on IE7 and Windows Vista - no issues...

Try uploading an avatar now... and check your signature to make sure the image code is "img" instead of "image"...

Muhammad - this already exists. See my reply just before yours. ;)

YUP, it looks like a blue box with a down arrow or check mark in it, the little blue box is to the left of the thread's name.

Oops! Just goes to show you that I too am still learning the software. :)

Perhaps I will make the link easier to see or put it in text.

Bob, I think you're right. It probably is a "down arrow", especially since it looks just like the "side arrow" next to the poster's name.

Why do I see the HTML Mark Up instead of the text?

Like this for example
"</font><font color="blue" class="small">("
